Ohhhhh these two. I could tell a really, really long saga right now but I'll try to keep it short. Round about 2005, I met Chad through mutual friends. Since then, we were sort of joined at the hip for many tumultuous years of our twenties. I'll spare you the pictures because I like to keep this blog classy. Actually, Chad was the first person I ever "took pictures of" - back when all I had was a bulky, 1970s polaroid camera. Some years later, he met the love of his life, Melissa, out in California and now that's where they reside with their four beautiful children. My husband and I miss them terribly!
For their five year anniversary, they decided to renew their vows in an area surrounding San Diego. They asked yours truly to fly out to California and snap some photos. It was a great trip except I only wish I could have had more time with them!
